Barry is an honors graduate of the Duke University School of Law, and worked for many years as a trial prosecutor for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts before developing his private practice.  He has substantial experience successfully representing clients before the Board of Appeals of the Registry of Motor Vehicles and has argued before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
